The smart Gearbox of Wittenstein Alpha

Wittenstein Alpha present new development of intelligence gearboxes. The new gearboxes equipped with modular sensors called Cynapse, which collet and exchange data independently, as every IIOT product.

The new development makes Wittenstein Alpha to be the first and only component manufacturer in the world that offers such gearboxes as standard. These modular sensors allow industrial connection of type 4.0, collecting and saving data as temperature, vibrations, location and much more. That data can be collected and analyzed by dedicated apps in order to improve the functionality of the system and the attached equipment. The connection is simple and through only one cable.

First, the modular sensors will be available in the premium line, and then they will be added also to the other lines. Technically, the new gearboxes will have the same quality as the current products, and maintain the size and high performance as the standard of Wittenstein Alpha.
