Ultrasonic Piezo Linear actuators

This technology allows to introduce high resolution of up to 1 nano meter or 6250 micro degrees; high speed up to 200mm per second and very long life of up to 100Km. In addition to those advantages, system using Ultrasonic Piezo are considerbly cost effecitve in comparison to standrd technologies. Xeryon offer as a complimentry product, 1 to 6 axes controllers.
